Return and cancellation Policy
Fairuza Fashion products are carefully screened for any defects or problems, in case of the presence of defects or the item isn’t as described and present in the images, Fairuza Fashion guarantees to its customers the complete return within the conditions listed below:
- Returns are only accepted if the dress is returned unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
- The dress must contain the original labels included and the accessories.
- The reason for the return is explained within a detailed email showing the existing defect, and to be approved by the Fairuza Fashion Administration.
- Customers should report the defective item to Fairuza fashion within 24 hours of the delivery of the shipment, otherwise the product will be considered to have been received in good condition.
- The amount paid will be returned without charge of the shipping cost or the added tax.
Cancel
Shoppers can cancel their orders within one hour of purchase before the store starts processing their orders and emails you to confirm the address and phone number. The refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 45 business days, until the transfer of the refunded amount is completed by the account or bank
